LED rear facelift tail lights

Hi guys,

what do you think about these tail lights ?

here

US $749.00

Can be an alternative for the rear facelift 997.1 to 997.2 without changing the rear bumper ?

You will still have to modify the rear bumper because of the angle of the lens.

I think what vincent wants is 997.1 LED tail lights as opposed to OEM. I am also desperately seeking a set for my 2008. They seem to offer LED tails for every other car except 997.1

Thats right sbkim. Nothing similar as 997 gen.2 for our "old" cars

If only... I had a 2007 and now have a 2009 C2S. I like the "old" look with the regular bulbs better than the LEDs. Felt more "Porsche" where the LEDs feel too modern. How ironic...

I'm sure the answer to this question is readily findable . . . but if the 997.2 bumper (cover) will directly fit up and replace a 997.1 bumper (cover) it seems like switching to LED tailights would be perfect if you were already deciding to get something like a GT3 rear bumper or after-market bumper?

I was already considering the bumper change . . . Is there a flaw to my thinking??

No! I and others have done exactly what you have proposed.
