Not at all, I just bought the kit sold by www.climarepair.com

Takes 10 minutes and no need to take the buttons out. In their web site is explained.

Cheers

If you don't want to use stickers try the web site below.

http://stickynomore.com/

These guys will repaint. Web site suggests they do a lot of Ferarri buttons and can do same for any make with plastic buttons, switches, etc... You'll have to investigate the particulars yourself as I have not had to use them yet.

Problem with that option is that you have to deal with the Ac Unit disassemble, which is not "Plug&Play" I must say... I don´t want to imagine braking something in the unit taking it apart... I´ve been told it cost +$600

But it is another option of course!

Cheers

Don't touch the white on any buttons. The white paint will eventually wear off. Learned this on my first Porsche. #3 buttons are pristine

In fact, there is a video showing how the buttons should be touched/actioned:

http://www.climarepair.com/video-tutorials/

Seems silly that someone has to come and tell how a button must be touched But after watching that video I realized I´ve been touching them the wrong way all this time
