I wouldn't modify the GtR unless he was ready to chuck warranty entirely.

Nice car, anybody grow up, always hoping for a Nissan? Still looks like a Supra style design, can't compare to German craftsmanship, IMHO...I would buy a corvette beofre the Nissan GTR.......................................

Actually, my favorite "affordable" car while in high school was the 300ZX twin turbo. I would have taken one over an E30 M3 or a 944 back then. Now my tastes have changed a bit, but I think Nissan still deserves some respect as a performance car manufacturer.

Thanks. Im very impressed with the GTR, I had an issue with spending $84K on the car, I purposely stayed away from the test drive since its debut last year but my friend convinced me to do so prior to my trade of the 997.2 C2S cab toward a W212 E63. Yes, it does wear a Nissan name but it's a very well rounded vehicle and I have no remorse on my decision.

Thanks Larry. Nissan is really clam down on ECU tuning on its GTR line.

I went the complete opposite direction you did... 997.2 --> GTR.

Larry,

Yes, cab was bought 1yr ago for the wife, we had our fun in the cab and wife wants to drive the E350 now. We only logged 4K on the cab in a year, it's a garage queen and we decided to get rid of it. I was looking at the W212 E63 but made a test drive mistake on the GTR.
