I think with Sport Chrono, DRL are user selectable on/off - check your navigation/PCM owner's manual - it's all in there.

PCM menu allows you to turn the DRL's on or off. You don't need to go to the dealer. Read the instructions that came with the PCM but off the top of my head I believe it's under the "Convenience" heading listed as Lights or Lighting in the settings menu. I can't remember without being in the car and seeing the screens. If you can't find the instructions PM me and I'll send them to you. It's very simple to do.
i'll try this because i found nothing in my manual pcm and main one.

Push the SET button on the PCM with the key in the car and turned to accessary on. (Button is located on right hand side of the PCM). Scroll drown the screen to INDIVIDUAL MEMORY, push in the radio **** on the right. The choice LIGHT will be highlighted at the top of the screen. Push the radio **** in again. DRL will be at the top of the screen. Push the radio **** again. You will see a check mark for ON and no check mark for OFF.
Got to believe it's in the PCM manual as well.

I can set them up in my PCM unit but my buddy cannot. The options aren't there. I assumed it was part of the "Sport Chrono Plus" package. I also have powered dimming mirrors. Maybe that's it?
I had mine wired at the dealer to be on full power all the time and then I select them OFF in the menu (DRL = off). This way when I turn on the parking lights they turn on and with headlights are FULL ON also. Its way faster than messing with the menus and such.
