I have a '09 C2S that is coming off lease in a month. I ordered the car with manual /SPASM/LSD/SC. I was offered a great deal on a '10 C2S, but it has the standard PASM, no LSD and no SC. I won't track this car. Will I really feel the difference in day to day driving (I'm especially concerned about handling of the new car compared to my current). Because of where this dealer is located, I can't really take it out on my favorite curvy roads. Porsche will let me continue the lease on the current car for another year, and that is my other choice. But a 14% discount is a little tough to pass up

What do you think - will I be disappointed?

 

I don't think you will feel much of a difference without LSD. The ride may be a little softer (not as harsh as one with SPASM).

 

On the street you will not notice LSD but you will see that a regular PASM car sits up higher that SPORT PASM and the regular PASM has less of a sporty ride. I like the look of the car and how it sits on SPORT PASM and I love the feel of SPORT PASM.

I have SPORT PASM on my 09 Carrera S and would not have it any other way...it's that good.
