I am in the process of completing the Turbo front end swap on a regular 997.1 C2, but have a little question regarding the front turn signals. Has anyone successfully been able to wire up the 997 turbo DRL, and LED turn signals up? What is involved, and is their a DIY floating around anywhere?

I know this may fall into the "LED" catagory, but Ive already done a search and nothing solid, or successful was found.

I guess it is looking like you will need the newer control units and modified wiring harness....

 

I'm about to pull the trigger on this conversion myself. Do you have a list of items required or possibly a write up you can share on how to do the wiring and such ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

all did the turbo front end conversion, i am positive the owner of the black cab owner unloaded tons of info here on 6spd

 

do the turbos use the LEDs as DRLs? how about a 997.2 to turbo front end conversion?
