The difference in miles makes yours a fair deal.
Get a PPI and go for it!
Sounds like a great color combination - any chance to post some pictures?

if i say it feels 'good' are u gonna go out and buy the old tiptronic auto?

my 2 cents- before u decide on a car over the internet, u should walk over to a P-dealership and test drive few of the cars, used and new, pdk vs tip vs manual, S vs non-S, 2wd vs 4wd, etc... this way u know exactly what u r looking for beforehand..

Thanks! I fell ibn love with it as soon as I saw it.
There was another '06 S Cab with 10,000 fewer miles in the same price range, but it was 'ordinary' silver over black and the cocoa just won out.

Just bought my first Porsche with the same interior. 06 Cab "non-S" however. Paid 53 but was optioned well and in near mint condition, and also had an extended warranty from a 3rd party. Had 28K miles and "showroom floor" condition report from third party. GT Silver Metallic with full leather Cocoa and Cocoa top. Its an unusual combo, but really looks good. Now time for mods!!!

Options were
342 Heated seats
405 19 inch CarreraClassic wheel
446 Wheel centre set
680 BOSE® Surround Sound System
692 CDC-4 six disc CD autochanger
P15 Electrically adjustable seats
P74 Bi-Xenon lighting system
XCZ Sport shifter

GTsilver/cocoa int/cocoa top.. its a popular combo, actually.

picked up my CPO'ed 07 with only 14k miles from Pacific Porsche.

its a S model with full leather, chrono pkg, 6-sp, Bose, etc.

got it for $65k and i was pretty happy about the deal..

That color combo is very nice. The interior almost looks black in the last picture. I guess depending on the angle/lighting.

I've been looking around quite a bit and $65k seems to be STILL the going price for a car such as yours.

cd's old money wouldnt worry about that, fit an ipod module, sport chrono is ugly and a bit of an unnecessary toy, pse would be nice, but again not necessary, you just gotta go with what you feel you want, personally i wanted sports seats and sat nav as definites and was relaxed about the rest, the boy racer in me wouldnt mind pse though!

$54K would have been a really good price if your cab was an "S", but you do have some expensive options...power sport seats and PSE. The CPO is worth at least $1,500 if not more. Maybe you could have found a similar car for less, but as long as you got the car you really wanted and did not compromise, then you paid a fair price IMO.

Never second guess the price paid for a great car after the purchase . whether others paid more or less ought not matter at that stage of ownership . There are many factors (such as region , area inventory, market value correlated to time) which effect pricing.

There will always be someone who paid more .
There will also be someone who paid less.

The key is whether the car is reliable and brings happiness because once the car is bought it's yours -- those are the things that matter most at that stage.

Im in negotiations at the moment. I have to stretch a bit far concerning downpayment due to credit reasons. I do feel its worth its money but the interior looks a bit dinged up (scratches etc), not bad just feels more used than the great outside. Ill probably know by the monday. I keep you posted.

Anybody has any experience with extended warrenty vs cpo warrenty? is third party party or worse? this is a non porsche dealer so its not cpo but they have extended warrentys for 0% interest financing.
