Hi Flow cats VS cat bypass

I Have PSE on my 06C2s and I thought to make the car breath better by adding hi flow cats. Then a friend of mine suggested since we don`t have strict low regards the cats, he thinks I should get a cat bypass..
My questions here are 2,,,

1-would you gentlemen do Headers with Hi flow cats or Headers with cat bypass in terms of sounds and power?

2- if I keep the stock headers should I go with hi flow cats or cat bypass also in terms of sounds and power??
