Thanks aznevovii, I tried to PM you in the beginning when I was looking at it but didn't have enough post, so I had to do 'a lot of useless, congrats, nice, etc.' post to get up to 15. lol. I've read 39 pages of your thread. I feel very confident this is the right (perfect) Porsche for me.

Jake's called PCNA and they said CPO is good until July 2012, they also know the car has an aftermarket turbo, not sure how they knew.

The car feels very good, almost like a NA car. I feel like I got a great deal for it. I would have spent a lot more to get it like this. Do you know if it'll pass emissions? That is the only thing I'm worried about. If not then I'll have to registered in a different county that does not require emissions. That is what all the turbo guys do but it's a bit of a hassle.

I am not 100% about your state, but in my state (MD), I was due for the emission, they said the car was too low to get onto their roller, so they gave me 2 yr extension (lucky me). But please check with TPC regards to this info.

PCNA knows it has turbo, because I ALWAYS take my car to Porsche dealer only for any type of work (obviously except turbo kit). They report to PCNA, this is how they have it. I was surprised that they did not void the warranty, but surely there was nothing that this turbo kit would do to void general warranty.

I did the mostly hard part of making this car to this current status, so only thing you need to do is DRIVE IT!!

Again enjoy the car, and keep her in good health!

Great car - I don't think PCNA would "void" the warranty until an actual claim was made. If the radio goes out probably not an issue but I'd be worried about any drive train issues - engine, transmission, etc. But why worry - car seems to be in great condition.

Getting on the roller should not be a problem, our dynometers here are pretty much on the ground, if not I'll park in it the garage and admire it like art.

Warranty is still good, PCNA said they will warrant everything that is not caused by the turbo.

Thanks for making it what it is, you did well except for the wheels Not only will I be accepted into the Porsche world but I can fit in with the low rider peeps as well.

My thoughts exactly although they did say they will have to prove that the turbo caused the problem. I'm impressed, hopefully they keep to their words.

Thanks all again for the compliments.
