2011 GTS option question

Does anyone know what "plastic parts painted in exterior color" represents? Listed as standard interior option but not clear on what it means. Thanks in advance.

Where did your information come from? I just checked the USA site and there is no build option on the Carrera GTS. Its interesting because Canada and UK have one but as others have said they are not the same when it comes to standard equipment...

Ed, I'll try to get an answer, but responded to you on RL.

Your picture is not of a GTS interior, and therefore irrelevant. None of the GTS interior shots have painted pieces.

The dealer configurator has the GTS, while the USA website does not. All information available from PCNA is at the link in my signature.

FWIW: Sad Dealer!

I thought that I had pretty good preliminary info on what the GTS is, was interested, so last week drove to Porsche of Ocala to get a full story. Believe it or not, both salesmen said that they had never heard of it. The "manager" did not bother to pull up the dealer's configurator and both told me that my best source of info would be the internet...............and these guys insisted that their miserable sales were because of the bad economy.

Very disappointing but I can't say I am shocked. I have had Florida dealers that I purchased from in the past take up to a week to return a call or email on new vehicle inquiry. They just must not be that hungry... Champion is the biggest you might give them a call. I would also suggest Brumos, Suncoast and Orlando. Let us know if you have any luck.

unreal man. I sell cars and would be all over ordering a GTS if I sold Porsche. Good luck and take your time on deciding which options you would like.
