Vids of me at Monticello in my 997C2

Here's some ids from this past weekend at Monticello Raceway in NY. This track was UNREAL! I had the privilege of chasing down some serious exotics on this amazing track! Before we got out there a f360 spider ended up on it's roof after hitting a wall, and on the last lap of the day, a ford GT spun out into the wall trying to chase me! Anyways, the first video is of my first session, the second video is of my second session in which I am trying to chase down a lamborguini superleggera!!

Please please let me know what you think!!

Nice track, too bad the sound on the video is there, it would be nice to hear the engine.

Ya I screwed up with the camera on the roof! My car is so damn loud with bypass pipes I should have stuck it to the back window instead, next time!

medpilot105 is infamous around these parts
I like the vids! It's great to see other C2 (non-S) cars hit the track. That long straight looks like it's miles long and you were really moving through there. How fast were getting the C2 up to?

Nice driving!

How sick is that track - I've been up there as well (not w/my C4S). Here's a picture of the ponies we ripped around in that day.

Great video!

Its one of the tracks that I want to visit next year.

How demanding is in terms of braking and tires? Any upgrades on the brake system or completely stock?

Great Vids. I was there that day too. Of course you are omitting the best part (?) of the day. The ride up! LOL

Good job reeling Seth in! He is fast in that Lambo!

Kouz- how hard you planning on driving? Haha jkjk. The track is so well groomed it's insane! Put it this way... I was at pocono 3 wkd ago and it's a NASCAR oval, barely any tire wear, high speeds, etc... Englishtown, tore up my tires, and I had to replace my pads! Very tight, only one straight... Monticello for me was all high speed turns and very little braking. I really liked it a lot!

I love that track...

Only been once to that track but what I was driving I will never forget... It was like I was an engineer conducting a freight train.... the size, weight, power was much but the braking and performance was just unreal for such a size car.... largest calipers and PCCB's I have seen on any car....

OP, Nice vid and nice driving....

Couple pics of my day at Monticello.... nice track and yes that stretch is fast....

Disclaimer - only tracked the coupe, convert in the pic had not even been released yet....
