To the OP, I have similar mods on my car Fabspeed CAI, softronic ecu tune, and full tubi exhaust (3rd muffler delete). I have been considering the new IPD plenum but have been discouraged by friends saying that I would also require an upgraded throttle body and maybe headers. I would only want to do the plenum. Is it worth it. Also how much was the full cost of the plenum inlcuding install?
Also great to have another SD guy, maybe we will see you at one of the local events.

 

tuning and mods are fun bot do not kid yourself - tuned gt3 has close to 450 horses.

 

I would in no way assume my C2S is in anyway similar to a tuned GT3. Stating merely whats possible in squeezing extra output from a very capable engine. So much other stuff needed to get into the same league - from seats to chassis stability .

 

You shouldn't require a different throttle body - atleast in talking with Mike who made the plenum.

You also want to make sure you don't take too much back pressure out of the equation either.

In any case, I am very pleased with the results of my modifications.
