Exclamation Help Buying a Car from Virginia

I am looking to buy a 997S from an Independant Porsche dealership in Virginia called Intersport Performance. Does anyone know anything about them? I live in California and am considering a purchase from them and having them ship the car. Anything I should be aware of about this dealership or buying out of state? Also I would be doing a PPI and am not sure where to do this in Virginia. Any recommended places that do a thorough job and are reasonable? I could take it to the local Porsche dealer in Virginia but the dealers are not usually equipped in my experience to check for repainting with a paint gage.

Thanks in advance.

Jon

I bought a 993 C4S from Intersport and dealt with the owner Omar Hilmi. Super nice guy and an enthusiast. The transaction was seamless.

Wish I could offer more assistance with PPI referrals and purchase details......

Good Luck.

Intersport has a very good local reputation. They are a tuner shop, but also sell used cars. Good shop. Talk to a guy that bought from them a couple days ago and he had all nice things to say.

They are out by Tyson's Mall if you know NVa, about 20 min outside DC.

Intersport is actually right across the street from Porsche of Tysons Corner so you could have them do your PPI. I believe Omar knows the guys at the dealership very well too.

Seems reputable. I was in the shop about a month ago and they were working (tuning) on a 2010 GT3RS.
