Question for those with multi-function wheel...

Those of you who have the multi-function steering wheel, how often do you use it's multi-function capabilities and what for?

I added it to my order but I somehow keep thinking about the thumbs grip of the sports one. After reading that it cannot ever be used to change stations (at least in a easy way) I'm having seconds thoughts about it.

So, if you have one, how do you rate it, how often you use it and what for?

Thanks,

I use the multi function wheel on my Cayenne S for the Tip and the radio/CD. I cannot imagine using it on my 997S unless I had Tip.

I saw it in person and it looked wierd to me. The controls allow you to fully use the stereo and phone (if you install it). The scroll on the left works the volume while the one on the right allows you to change bass/treble/fader..etc...

I thought it was a little too much and liked the thicker sport steering wheel more. I didn't think I would use it much becasue the distance to the stereo was short anyway.

On the cab I'm finalizing, I got the sport steering wheel.
