exos came packed in very secure 'tube like' foam about 1 foot in length but in many pieces... i like the way how they take extra care in packing..

good came just as order.. all looking bight and blingy!!!! now waiting for install...

 

Has anyone seen/heard the exhaust on a Cab?

 

nope got no idea.... my country dealer hasnt sold to any cab yet.. juz 997.2, 997.1, e9x m3, e9x 335, and would you believe it... mini r56 cooper s...

If anyone is changing their mufflers and have a set of the 2 outside aftermarket mufflers for a 997.2 DFI car that they want to sell, contact me. I am looking for any brand after market mufflers.
(I dont want stock mufflers!)

I hear only 997.2's. They will sound much different than a 997.1.

Can you give us some more feed back on this?
Most important, is there any drone with open or closed valve? How´s the sound on highway speeds, to intrusive or it only screams when you nail it?
Is there a big difference in sound with valve open or closed? Do you feel the power gains came at high revs or thrue out the all band, or do you really feel any power gain at all ? Finaly would you say with valve closed the sound is only slightly louder than a stock exhaust, or much louder? Thanks in advance.

No drone when valve open or close. Only difference is when windows up it's quiet even WOT, but if windows down the it's hell coming loose.

I cruise @ 90km on highway and. It's not noisy at all. My tyres makes more noise then exhaust. 305 p-zero.

Gains are really felt unless in sport mode. I drive 99% w/o sport mode even in spirited driving.

Cold start is like a 599 cold start similar v12 bark. once it's warmed up it's slightly louder.

One last question. Does the blips while downshifting became more prenounced with new exhaust? From your video it seem it does. With the stock exhaust blips are almost unnoticeble, only way to hear very well the blip on downshifts with stock exhaust is to brake and keep the right foot on the accelaration paddle, I love to do it.

A video on start up would be nice

 

That is a wicked sounding exhaust. But.. may be a little much for every day.
