steering fluid

Hi,

Does anybody know - what color stock 997 steering fluid is - blue or yellow or red?

Thanks, Paul.

to add more - issue is that this reservoir where pentosin is supposed to be happens to be practically dry. no clue why. car did nt throw any CELs nor warning, I was just doing regular cleanup and decided to look what is the level there and - well, level is absent. there is something on the bottom of this tank but it is not dark green, more like yellowish. go figure.

And to tag onto that question, does anyone know how often power steering fluid should be exchanged? The owners manual doesn't mention it...

it does not seem if most people ever open this cap. i am mostly surprised 997 did not give any CEL or message about level of that fluid going below minimal.

not a big deal of course but still kinda odd.

Mine looked green. Mine was totally overfilled, but didn't seem to cause any issues. Dealer drained some out.
