I think you Re on the right path. I picked up my '09' CPO S 6 speed with 12000 mi in Nov at the $70k range. Two months prior the car was $75 k. I have the ad.

There is a good chance that a clean PDK S will show up at $70k. The problem I see with this is the weather is turning and the cars may go back up. The volume of 09 and 10 cars built was a bit on the low side. It will, as always, depend on demand.
