Anybody know where I can get a GT3 lip like this?

Hey guys, new to the forum. I have a 2006 Guards Red 997.1 w/GT3 aerokit living in Wiesbaden, Germany and I was at LeMans last year and I saw this Porsche. I did not have a P-car with the aerokit at the time so I did not ask any questions but now that I have one and I'm constantly scraping it on the ground I took more notice of this car when I was flipping through some old pics. Just don't know where to get the lip and thought someone on here might have an idea. It looks like it would give a good bit more clearance then my stock lip and it looks pretty good. Anybody know? Jeff

That car looks as though the lip was simply removed not replaced.

I would agree that the lip has been removed from that car.

You could swap yours for a cup lip, they are slightly lower but flexible and can be sanded with emery paper if you scrape it.

Yep, thats what the bumper looks like without the lip attached. Your lips just pulls off after you remove the two side plastic rivets.

Thanks guys. I feel kind of stupid for posting this now. Maybe I should have just pulled the lip off my car and seen what it looked like. I'm sure I'll see what it looks like soon enough when a bump in the road takes it out and I'm replacing it. I definitely wish it had a quick pop-off feature. We have an awesome automated car wash here in Wiesbaden that even the guys with high end cars use but my car will not fit in with the lip.

see the bumper on the floor on the right of the pic, you can see the lip on there. Probably just unclipped it on the car for transport
