Switched out the gold wheel caps and hood crest for silver. Very pleased with the results against Artic Silver paint.

If interested in either the crest or caps send me a note with reasonable offer...too lazy to list on eBay. There both in great shape.

I swapped from a gold badge to flat black and I'm very happy with it. Silver looks great on your car -

 

btw - can you post a pic of the wheel caps? Are they still 'painted', or are they just the silver with black outline of the crest?
If painted, where did you get them?

I too would like to see these.

My problem is your steering wheel still has a gold crest in it...which is why I have not done this myself.

 

Looks great. I ditched my silver caps and still waiting on a silver crest but havent heard back from the seller. Where did you get yours?

 

Now you just need to get rid of that pesky gold crest on the steering wheel.

 

It seems the silver steering wheel crests are getting harder to find.

 

By gold badge do you mean for the hood?

 

Did you mean hood or wheels? Been trying to find black hood badge....

 

I have a flat black (or graphite grey?) hood badge. See this link for photos of my mods, and check pics 25-27. I got it from Sierra Madre, but I don't see it listed there now. Maybe they could help if you call them...
