Lucky. All I got was a GTS USB card/lanyard.

Thanks guys, too cool. My first Porsche experience was with my uncle. Still remember his 356, Super 90...Slate grey w/red interior. I often wonder if I would have gotten the "bug" if it wasn't for him. Forty five years later and 9 P-cars later, well, I love/hate him. Love Porsches, but wonder where I would have gone without the "bug". The Porsche addiction.

Oh well.

I do try to pay attention whenever kids notice the car and ALWAYS try to take some time, talk about the car, let them sit in it, etc. I get as much as a kick out of it as they do!

Today the paper (WSJ) had an Everyday ad showing a guy who had just loaded two small palm trees in the backseat of his carrera cab and was in the process of loading a big bag of potting soil into the back seats too...

Seriously?!?!?!? Is this really the case Porsche is making to prospective 911 buyers? I don't think it bodes well for the 991 at all.

Oops. Realized this one didn't load right above. This reminds me of my wife since she has gotten more speeding tickets than me.

I know a guy who had several "super cars" that he used for everything. Ever seen a Countach with a trailer hitch? Or with a 2X4 sticking out the tiny window? I have. He made all the purists mad, but his motto was and still is "I buy them to drive them".

Although I probably won't put a hitch on mine, she's gonna get driven for errands and going to work... Not a bad thing, I think.
