There are many great Porsche commercials but my favorite is when Porsche tells a story .

Porsche never fails at humor either.

Or heritage -

Or how even one Porsche relates to to all others

That's been my favorite Porsche ad for a long time. That was so 'me' in 1964, after my first ride in a neighbor's new 912..

It took me another 46 years to get to a point where I could afford a new 911, but it was certainly worth the wait.

My first Porsche at age 9 got me going....a remote controlled silver 928. Porsche was my goal therafter. I'm glad I "made it". Now let's see how many we'll drive before passing on...

are ya sure about the year - the 912 wasn't made until '65. I drove one in deutschland, had it shipped and then drove it from NY to Calif in '66/'67 - sold in '69 - a good car

The "Every Day" theme is new for Porsche. PNA sent me a gift last week of a Porsche striped Flip Recorder with a note to go out and film every day use of my Porsche. There is a web site that accepted videos will be uploaded to. I haven't done it yet but might try this weekend.

You're right.. '64 or '65. it was right after the 912 came out. My neighbor-buddy's dad bought one of the first to arrive in Denver. He worked for United Airlines (non-pilot job).

Hell, at my age, I'm not sure what day it is..

I love the one with the student who goes to the dealership. That is one of my favorites. It reminds me of when I was in elementary school. There was an independently owned shop next to the schoolgrounds, which happened to be right across the street from my best friend's house. We would walk by it everyday, and hope that the owner was there because he had a new 928. I remember thinking that car was so awesome!
