I'm thinking about swapping my factory console lid with an Alcantara version. Has anyone done this and have any feedback on this job? Wondering if it's straight-forward or a complete PITA.

Totally easy to do. You just need a torx screwdriver to remove the 6 or so screws that hold the console lid to the console.

 

Start at step 27 from this:

So it's not exactly replacing the entire Console Lid, but rather just swapping out the cover of the Console Lid? If that's the case, total cake...looks like an order will be going in tonight.

Now just deciding on the Center Muffler Bypass and Short Shifter...
