Private party with transferable CPO

Could anyone explain how this process works? I found what appears to be a nice 2006 C2S with ~33k for 49,500. The seller claims there is transferable CPO.

I was planning on using this as leverage for a dealer's C2S I was looking at since this one is similarly configured and 6k lower in price, but I am now wondering if I should consider purchasing it instead.

Anyone with experience on transferring CPO's and what steps I should take to buy?

Thanks

in the owners manual or CPO documentation, there should be a card with a change of ownership form. Just fill it out and mail it in. If you can't find it, call Porsche of North America 1-800-PORSCHE, I think, and they can mail you a new one. It is as simple as that.
