Oil Consumption Question
My " Check Engine Oil Level" light came on today. I checked the digital engine oil level gage and it was down to the last bar. The car just had an oil change 2500 miles ago and I had to add 1 qt. Is this normal oil consumption?

There is no "normal" oil consumption. A qt/2500miles is not bad. Do a search and read up.

My 09 C4 has required about 3 qts of oil over the 7000 miles I've driven it. It's within expected range of oil consumption. As gpjli said, search and you will find many with similar (or even higher) oil consumption rates.
