Missing Jack?

I am embarrassed to admit that after searching for 15 minutes, I realized there is no jack in my 2009 997 (confirmed in the owner's manual). Since this is my fifth Porsche, second 997, I have known of the lack of a spare for many years. But if you have purchased a spare and think you're prepared for a roadside change. You had better bring along your own jack.

You didn't have one in your first 997 either, correct?

OKB is infamous around these parts
the jack is the same as a 944, 986, 996, 987 all with the oval hole in the jack pad
The spare is the same as a colapsable 16" for 996 which is orange 5.5 x 16 wheel

I don't know about my first 997. I never checked. Fortunately I never had the need for one.

No Jack with the 997, they give you puncture seal and a portable electric pump.

I believe that the correct spare is the 5,5 J x 17 RO 24 rim with the 185-60-17 collapsable tire.
The dealer told me that the 16" spare might screw up PASM-equipped 997 models.
