Price Check 07 C2S CPO
I'm coming from a good place in my heart when I give thse opinions--
1st ) Why don't you take a look at the black car and then type in a google search of the complaints on that non Porsche dealership? Then just read .
2) 54 grand for a 48K mile 07 car that's 4 years old ? Do you know that after it crosses 50K miles it becomes harder to finance (for the next buyer) and drops in value tremendously ? Do you also realize that if the engine goes all you have is that CPO and many miles of excuses for them NOT give you a new one so easily .
And if/when they don't .... then what ? Make payments on a giant paperweight of a car ?
3) You haven't even bought the 09 car and you are already talking about making upgrades which cost more to do than just buying the car with all those things .
In my opinion .. this is precisely how a novice used car shopper ignores the red flags blinded by the lower price of the dream car .
Conclusion -- A beautiful looking car with problems is not fun . It better to have no car at all than the wrong car . At least you keep the savings .
If If 54K is a strech and 60K is a leap .. then a big repair is a financial freefall .
It's ok to just wait and if this "I must have it" leads to a car then make sure it has low miles, was well cared for, passes all inspection, has remaining wararnty or CPO, and those cars usually cost more on day one.
Good luck in whatever you decide .
