can we retro-fit powerkit x51 to our 05 S's?...now THAT is the question!

 

the x51 on the 996 was not retrofitable so I would say most likely not pal But there is always EVO and other tuners!

Good ! The light colored dash on all gray and sand interiors can reflect and cause glare on the windshield . The terracotta is a nice " show car " color but needs black contrast ( and hopefully dev black carpet will be avail , too ) to tone it down as a daily driver.

 

Any ideas on the prices for the interior option?

any where other than the US the pcm comes with a SIM card fitment that you can place phone calls through the system. the mail button is used to bring up the text msg's.

X51 can be retrofitted...X50 on the TTs can't...

 

This is exctiting, especially because I will finally be ordering my S hopefully this week to get the last July build from my dealer.

The one thing I don't understand is why there is no SAT radio??? The Cayenne has it, what's the deal???

 

$7500 for 25 hp is pretty steep. You can do alot better aftermarket. Evo's supercharger makes 470 hp for $11,000.00 much better hp for dollar ratio!
