I did it!
Check out Metropolitan Detail in Bellevue,WA. They do a great job with wraps and bras, tinting and detailing. They are doing a dodo detail on my wife's Boxster because she liked how my C4S looked after I had mine done. LOL
Beautiful car! Very similar to the '08 version I had of the same car. Rest assured knowing I'm suffering more than you...I was finally notified today that my PTT was finished and should arrive in 4 weeks. That will have been almost 6 months since I ordered it. Should have been 2 months, but the first car was irreparably damaged in the shipping process, was totaled, and a new build slot had to be scheduled and a new car built. Hence almost 6 months.
But enough about me...let's talk about you! Your car looks awesome. Enjoy it in good health!

Congrats, it's a great looking car. I find it hard to believe, that you had to go to TO for a car and there was nothing on the wet coast.
With respect to the warranty, you should still have some factory warranty left. My car came up from the US and the factory warranty is still honored. That's one good thing about Porsche, doesn't matter where your car was purchased in NA, the warranty is good in the US and Canada.
While you're waiting, this website should provide some more info on your car.

I would also encourage you to join the local PCA club. It is a great group of people with lots of fun events including a Saturday morning breakfast run from West Van to Squamish and back.

Thank You for all the nice comments.
haven't really thought about it yet, but I think its a good idea. Not sure about%. I'd probably check some out before i decide. If anyone has pictures of a meteor grey with tinted windows I'd love to see them.
I did it!!!
Thank you for the info, I really appreciate it!
The longer the wait, the greater the reward!? I hope a panamera will some day be an addition to my 911
I hope that's no joke about our terrible rain here
But if I go to Autotrader.ca right now and look for 2009/10 911s in the west coast I find 7 cars which are all more expensive, while the cheapest carrera s is a convertible which is about $15.000 away from the car I bought, not even mentioning that the owner of that dealership really did his best to scare me away every time I tried to give him my business. In case you meant why I haven't found one in California, I have decided not to import a car.
And Yes I have 2 years left of factory warranty
Nice looking car, I really like the color.
Are you going to tint the windows, if so what percent?

Yes, I've noticed the prices around here have sky rocketed over the last few months and the selection is limited, lots of 4Ss and not so many 2Ss. While my car is from the US, someone else did the importing, so there were fewer headaches.
Congrats once again, and hopefully once your car arrives the weather will cooperate.
