That feral has chosen your area for a variety of reasons (food source , comfort, safety). That means that even if that cat were adopted another feral cat would choose the exact same place and you woild still have the same problem.

The car can be fixed .
The CAT can get fixed perhaps :-)

I had cat problems. They would sleep on car cover roof and sharpen claws on rear. Shake black pepper on the cover. No more kittys. Tried chilly powder it doesn't work.
