Bulgarian Police
Believe it or not, but this white-blue 911 convertible is driven by the Bulgarian police! They've confiscated it from the Bulgarian Maffia, and now the local police uses it. And that in East-Europe! Here in The Netherlands, we've used to have a so-called 'Porsche Group', highway-patrol police with 911 Targa's, but a few years ago our governement thought it to be too expensive (granted, they have a point there..) and swapped them for T5-Volvo's. Shame, it was a nice sight at our highways. Oh, to be a Bulgarian cop....
