Front Strut Bars

Thinking about installing a front strut bar on my 997 and looking for feedback on feeling and driving impact for what amounts to a DD car that I sometimes get on some backroads for spirited drives. Has anyone here installed one? If so, what's your impression on whether it impacted the feel of the car and it's handling.

If you have installed any, which manufacturer? CF or Aluminum?

Save your money. You will not feel any difference except a psychological boost. Spend the money on a nice dinner or special event.

I am not sure it makes a difference, but I have the AWE unit. I am not sure if it is CF or aluminum, might be interested in selling it. Let me know.

They don't do anything for these cars. The firewall is already right there and very strong so there's no stiffening needed.
