This silver 2009 997S Cabriolet came into us for a full suspension overhaul in the form of the RSS Tarmac series, the EVOMSit software, a Tubi exhaust system and a set of light-weight Champion RS98 wheels. Quite the appetite!

In she comes for some surgery:


With the wheels off we go straight to work on removing the softer factory lower and upper control arms:


Won't be needing any of these cushy components:


Or these either:


On go the RSS dogbones:


And now shown with the RSS Tarmac Lower Control arms and Bump steer kit:


Meanwhile an EVOMSit performance tune is created and installed:

Nice! Is the owner on this forum? I would like to know where he got his GT3 997.2 front bumper from and how the fitment was.

 

Fitment was great since it's a factory part but he's not on here
