Whats a fair number for a sub 1K mike S cab? Bose, sport crono, nab, heated seats, etc.

Tough call. The owner is going to want you to pay for the low miles, but it's debatable whether or not those low miles are actually desirable. Unless it's for a collection to be shown and not driven.
