Satin gold wheels?
For OP, if I had the stone grey interior, I personally wouldn't go gold wheels. If it was black or a brown tone, then it would look good. Unfortunately for me, I think the whole car needs to flow together in it's color tones. When I see people put window tint on cars where there is a "visible color" to the tint that doesn't go with the car, it turns my stomach. IMO, with these wheels, black car, stone grey interior, the charcoal type rim color would be best. Pontiac did the gold wheels, tan leather, black car thing way back when with the Trans Am. Subaru has used the gold wheel with the blue and white WRX-STI. GM and Cadillac have used the cheap chrome wheel look forever. I do think the black wheel look is a little bit of a "fad", and will likely go away. With the Fuchs of yesterday the black looked great, and on lighter color cars, I still think black looks good. But I bet the style will fade away. Looking back at the last 2 years, Porsche has been putting the black wheel on lots of cars. BUT, looking at the 991, they appear to be going a different direction.
I like it, do the GOLD!

Here are a few more pics of the gold on black...This was one of my favourite color combinations BUT I have to say it was a hard one to pull the trigger on and order them.DPE's gold flake color was awesome. So much depth and character to them,IMO!

LOL.....yes a little bit! This threads and pictures bring back some feelings!
I knew when I sold the car that this was a possibly that these old threads may hurt....
Looking at all of the pictures.....I really like the gold wheels, even though the concaves were unique. It is just really amazing to see how wheels can affect the overall appearance of a car.....IMO,wheels and body kits are the two most important aspects of a car that can do this!
