Need a recommendation to a high quality shop where I can get rear bumper painted and wheel arch dent fixed.

JoelPirela has a reputation beyond repute

Countach in coral gables. they do amazing work.
They painted a couple of mirror housings and my passenger door handle. great results

I've used Countach and the Vette Smith. Both do great work but Vette Smith is cheaper.
