Traded my 09 C2S cabtio PDK(4000 miles) for a 10 Carrara S Coupe (4000 miles) 6 speed loaded with extras such as PCCB, X51 Porew Kit, Full leather, Fuchs, Sport Chrono Plus, Sport seats with Alcantra inserts, Nav and much more.

Most likely personal preference......as are moat decisions in outfitting cars.

Hey Buckwheat 986....The PDK took a while to get used to. At first I hated it but I came around and learned to like it. I just like to shift the gears and since his is a weekend car so I need as much interaction as i can get.
Thanks to all for the kind responses.
I passed on a White 09 Turbo 6 speed loded with extras, like PCCB, deviated stitching, lots of added leather, white seatbacks, red belts very low miles and a great price as well. I chased it for 6 months and would you know it the guy called me the night before I was picking up the Carrera S. I stayed with my decision and an happy for that.

+1, never been a fan of the fuch's especially on modern 911's. Congrats OP, nice pickup. Glad you decided on a manual, who cares if PDK shifts faster, it's just not as fun, manual shifting > automatic shifting.
You know, I understand the whole Fuchs, "911 Heritage" thing, but normally I think I'd agree with Ynot & djantlive.
That being said, I think this car looks HOT with those wheels on it. I didn't think I'd say that, but yeah, the more I look at it the more I like it.
To me, it's like it ties-in the heritage with modern, without being too "urgent" about it. That is a GREAT looking car, and yep, great options (Alcantara not withstanding); esp the PCCB's. I know I know, Porsche has some of the finest brakes anyway, but the PCCB's are just plain COOL.
Great stance, too.
