Post pics of your tinted windows
keep in mind CA laws re: tint.
HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN CALIFORNIA?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In California, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
obviously LEOs don't check the actual %.. but they can be a d1ck about it in some areas.
since i personally don't like the sides and rear to be different shade, i did 35% all around in my previous car (silver) and it looked perfect.

- Windshield | Non-reflective tint is allowed on the top 4 inches of the windshield.
- Front Side Windows | Must allow more than 70% of light in.
- Back Side Windows | Any darkness can be used.
- Rear Window | Any darkness can be used.

Hey...Does anyone with tint have the auto dimming mirrors? Do you find that because of the tint it takes the mirrors much longer to switch between day and night? I'm thinking of doing my windows too. (Sorry hope this isin't hijacking!)
