obviously LEOs don't check the actual %.. but they can be a d1ck about it in some areas.

since i personally don't like the sides and rear to be different shade, i did 35% all around in my previous car (silver) and it looked perfect.

Basically any tint in CAL is illegal. If you can see tint on the passenger or driver side they can pull you over. I have no less that tint $2000K in fines over the past 10 years! It's a stupid F*%$*@ Law and it is only to generate revenue. Like street sweeping.

Hey...Does anyone with tint have the auto dimming mirrors? Do you find that because of the tint it takes the mirrors much longer to switch between day and night? I'm thinking of doing my windows too. (Sorry hope this isin't hijacking!)
