Post pics of your tinted windows
Hey guys,
I'm scheduled to have my windows tinted on Saturday. Can you guys post pictures of your 997 and indicate the percentage you used for the front/back or all around? Thanks!
I'm thinking about going 30% front and 25% for the rear.

I normally do 20% all around by my tint guy said, 15% has the same visibility from the inside and a bit darker looking from the outside. Will match my black 997 perfectly. I agree.

keep in mind CA laws re: tint.
HOW DARK CAN WINDOW TINT BE IN CALIFORNIA?
Darkness of tint is measured by Visible Light Transmission percentage (VLT%). In California, this percentage refers to percentage of visible light allowed in through the combination of film and the window.
obviously LEOs don't check the actual %.. but they can be a d1ck about it in some areas.
since i personally don't like the sides and rear to be different shade, i did 35% all around in my previous car (silver) and it looked perfect.
