looking for my new 2006 or 7 997 and see many with great mileage, under 30k, many, even under 20, what are the chances of these cars having the #'s rolled back? i am sure it can be done but i know running durametrics for the # of hours run can verify, kinda, after looking at much older cars in the past i am used to seeing much higher #'s, anything to look for to catch this sort of thing? tia, kk

 

I doubt these can be rolled back easily, if at all.

Depends which region and who you are buying from. In some areas rolling odometers is quite popular by small used car lots (Brooklyn, NY for instance). NorthVan is right, low mileage Porsches are usually just cars that haven't seen a lot of driving. Still, you should check and recheck.
