I have sport exhaust and would like to know what options for exhaust there are that would give a deeper sound and keep the buttom functional.

 

Sounds like you want to keep the PSE so you can switch between quiet and louder. I don't blame you. I really liked the sound of my 07 Targa4S with PSE, X51 headers, and high flow (200 cell) cats. Don't know how it would sound on a 997.2, or if high flow cats are available. But they brought out the best in the PSE in my case.

 

Sharkwerks center muffler delete bypass. Best mod yet.

 

If you are looking for a full exhaust system then Cargraphic, FVD, and I believe Tubi all have options for PSE equipped 997s. If it were me, I would go with Cargraphic.

I'm curious about that same thing, especially if it doesn't screw me for Cali emissions tests. Sounds like 200 cell cats are an improvement but do they pass emission tests?

 

If you have PSE the SharkWorks center bypass is worth a try. If you don't like it you can sell it on here. They don't seem to last long in the used market place and since they rarely show up for sale it would appear that most really like the add on. I'm thinking about adding one this spring.

FVD does make a system for the PSE which includes long tube headers, 200 cell cats and center muffler delete. You'll be out about $4000 on that system.
