i felt the same heavy steering when i test drove the C4S.

i believe its due to the extra weight of the AWD in the frunk (thus the less room in the frunk)

the C2S has a lighter feel.

Not to side track this thread but I went from a 997.1 C2S to a 997.2 C4S and felt that the steering was definitely "heavy" and figured that was the extra weight, etc. When I got around to having the factory alignment checked it was shocking. It had too little front camber, too much rear camber, and too much toe in at both ends! Once this was adjusted the car was transformed, even around town feeling significantly "lighter" and way way better on track.
Congrats on the new car!

Congrats on the new car, I hope you enjoy it. Keep Fabspeed in mind for any future performance upgrades for it. We have a great Air Intake and Exhaust for it. Have fun.
thanks,

Here is a little Teaser:

If I take my hands off of the wheel, the car doesn't pull at all to one side or another. I don't mind the heavier feel of the steering, it was just an observation. I've been told by other people not to mess with the alignment unless it pulls to a side.

When I first had the car with the "factory" settings it tracked like a train i.e. even major sidewinds would have no effect on its stability. After adjusting it is only slighty more sensitive to sidewinds. Interestingly on the track, it understeered terribly with the "factory" setup and I quickly destroyed the outer edges of the front Michelins. New alignmenet and new tires and all is good. (not Gt3 but very manageable)
