I LOVE the front and hood, but the side skirts and rear wing do nothing for that car (esp. since they are the same as a 996).

Im on the fence about the 993 style hood on a 997. Maybe its the rounded corners on the leading edge of the hood that make it look odd. Im sure in person it looks awesome!

they need to come up with something new i think. it's just basically the same old stuff we've seen on the 996s.

btw if they really know the idea & design concept behind the 997s they wouldn't choose to put that hood on it. less lines = less busy looking. well, guess they're trying to be different...

I agree with Arling. That hood, while a great idea, is let down by the fact that it doesn't follow the lines of the car. The rear spiler is not complementing the car lines as well. Looks too 996'ish.
