Makes no sense to me... you slammed your ride, the camber looks off, yet you are ok with clearance for now, but will be putting on spacers to push the wheels out further and self create clearance issues. Finally, instead of just keeping it like it is, barely drivable, you are now thinking of rolling the fenders as a solution to unnecessary spacers. No matter who says what, rolling fenders deforms the body of a car, creates weak spots in fenders, and just may ruin your paint. Next thing you will want to do is cut your inner lip (as rolling will not provide you with clearance you want) and then complain that your tires are shredded. C'mon man, you're not driving a civic.

If you really wanted a properly slammed ride, then you should have gone with a proper coilover set, switched out other items for proper camber adjustment, ordered a custom set of wheels with proper offset, and wrap those in durable low profile tire. Then you would have a proper setup. I may be making an assumption, but your car will drive like a wreck after all this and you will probably take out your front end and something else on the bottom as I am sure your suspension travel will be way off.

IMHO you should just leave your stance alone and worry about proper camber, clearance, and tire wear going forward. I liked how you started, but I think you are destroying your car now. After slamminng cars my entire life I now refuse to mess with geometry of suspension unless something is done for a reason with proper calculations. Slamming (not lowering) cars on a budget has never resluted in good outcomes.

Big +1 for Rep points on this one.

Good luck OP, but I'd listen to Vegas.

Nice mods OP, typically when I see someone pushing back on mods its just a jab as they don't believe in modding etc or other.. many times little sound advice. But have to admit dirtyvegas is making great points, sounds like he appreciates what you want to do and even been there in the past. It is great advice from a board member that clearly has some real first hand experience/knowledge in this space.... wish all comments had as much value. Rep Points .....

and OP please keep us posted on where you go with this.... always interesting to see where people go with their cars from start to finish.

take care....

Dirtyvegas.... SHARKWERKS!!! I am no means even near done. Why do my camber and all the goodies that go with it if im not even done? As soon as i lowered it and put low pros i was like.. Ok. New rims but let me try spacers. Camber is towed in big time but OH!!! I had to fly back to afghanistan the next day. Sorry guys. But for real. Suspension is no where near done. This look i love. This is not my everyday car. Good looking out guys but already covered.

It's fun getting all things done in the heat of the moment, just make sure you don't do something that you can't revert. One day you may actually need to drive it when you’re back and hopefully it is exactly what you wanted and you have no regrets of putting this thing together while you were out.

Honestly im going to hold on the rolling because of what you said(DirtyVegas.) I have to see how they are with the spacers.. and im actually thinking of getting the same model in 20s with the Turbo offset. Should be good. Ill be back next month and play around.

Put the spacers on first....

Hey negrette10, I went through the same process. There's a local shop that uses a Techart roller made for P-cars and I was about to roll mine before adding the spacers. However I decided to wait to put on the spacers and after realized I don't need to roll them and actually still have more room.

I like your style though, I'm all about fitment. It's too bad you can't really slam 997's as the frame gets way too close to the ground.

yea the car gets WAY to low... its crazy. Im thinking 20s in the rear will give the look we are looking for.. plus the rugers are super cheap to play with. I know of only one person on here doing the 19s front and 20s rear.. but i dont think they went super aggressive in the rear with them. Ill keep you posted. I think you and I are the only stretching type on here lol

Is your front camber off?...looks very positive to me in the pictures. What are your alignment settings? Do you track your car...if so I'll be at Homestead with Chin Motorsports Feb25-26.

Damn... Im in Afghanistan till April. I have been wanting to just play around on the track. The front is ok. Its not that off. The rear is off a little. Im looking into some dog bones. Im guessing that will be the best solution. My car is in Orlando at the moment. Near you actually.
