Hey OP,

I'm actually looking at a 2012 GTS 4 Coupe and a 2012 GTS 2 Cab...
Do you mind sharing the price of your car? I would've PMed but I don't have enough posts...

Did you trade in?
Did you sell yourself?
What did you get for it?
Where are you?
Putting my 07 S on the market, curious as to what I should price it, and what the market is doing.
Thank you!

James - I went back to the dealership where I got my 06 Cayman S and this car so I was able to get a pretty decent discount, 22K off of MSRP. They are doing $15K off off the bat so if you keep negotiating, they'll eventually go to there. I've heard of people getting 18%-20% discounts, but was not able to go there with these guys.

eldertec - I am going to attempt to sell it myself for a month. If it becomes too much trouble, I'll just drop it off at CarMax.

Very nice indeed. The wheels really complement the car.

That's a pretty good deal. A dealer in NY I'm working with won't go below $106,000 for a $124,000 MSRP GTS 4 Coupe. ($18,000 discount). At this rate I might as well get a 991 for around $10,000 more... I really like those center lock wheels though...

The 991 is a great car. It's definitely a different car than the GTS though. Entirely different feel. I drove both coupes back to back to back to back.... Even if they were the same price, I'd still choose the GTS. If you were to get the 991, I'd recommend waiting on the second year for them to sort out all the new bugs.

I did the same thing during my test drive and I really liked both. The thing I like most about the 991 is the exhaust sound with PSE, but I liked the feeling of the GTS more. I've only had Mercs my whole life, but after test driving a couple of 911s my 600 hp S class feels like a piece of... Hopefully I'll be able to get in a 911 soon, whether its a GTS or a 991.

Have you looked into the Sharkwerks or AWE cross pipes? That's what I have and it sounds much better than the 991 PSE.

I've never modified anything on any of my cars, but its certainly a possibility. Can you install these in a leased car and how much do they cost usually?

You bet. No bumper removal needed and can be done in an hour without a lift. We provide full instructions too with the kit:
