Finally, Pics of my 997.2 C2S

I just got my 2009 997.2 C2S about two weeks ago.
5 days later, I parked it at Ralph's parking lot & someone scratched my rear bumper & they did not even leave a note. Check before & after pics.

Well, I got the bumper fixed by a mobile bumper repair company & had car detailed a few days later. Here are the pics finally. After much research(thanks to 6 speed online), I plan to install Factory Aero kit Cup, Fabspeed Exhaust, etc. Will post pics of my progress. Thanks again for all the great info here.

They were referred by my detailer who has more than eighty 5-star reviews on Yelp, so I trusted him. They did a fantastic job fixing & matching the paint for a fraction of the cost plus it only took them only about 2 hours.

She's beautiful. Great color. Glad to see that your repair worked out. Too bad the schmuck who did the damage couldn't own up.

Love the full black. I think if you tinted the windows it would complete the "look"

Be warned if you tint the rear window, it may reduce the auto-dimming of the windshield-mounted rearview mirror. (which also controls the side-view mirror auto-dimming, they all go together)

I like the rear tint on mine, but with the windows down up front, the lights in the side mirrors are noticeably brighter at night. I guess putting the top down would solve this

Nicoli,
That's real good info. I didn't even think about the auto dimming mirror. Thanks.

Can you post a link to the bumper repair guy you used? I haven't found a great one yet.

I keep telling myself Karma is a B1tch but I seem to be the one who keeps paying! My carrera has been an parking lot A&*hole magnet. 2 months in, 4 dings (and a paint chip in one of the doors caused by some torn up road rocks) Well the chip isn't noticeable, it touched up fine. My paintless dent guy got all the dings out perfectly a couple weeks ago.

I park my E60 on the street in a very parking impacted beach community and in nearly 3 years (knock on wood) a MINOR little nick in the rear bumper (easily fixed with a dot of touch up paint) and one very minor ding pulled out by my door ding guy.
