Wicked Motorsports gt3 style rear bumper

Gents,

I recently damaged my OEM rear bumper. I figure I might as well upgrade the looks and wanted a GT3 style for the dual exhaust system. I found the Wicked motorworks part see below and my tuner said they havce fitment issues. Anyone have experience with this and have pictures? Any other bumper that is ureathane and offers a good style?

C2SKID,

Looking at the picture, that rear bumper is designed for the 997.2 model yr. you would need to have the 997.2 tail lights as well. I based my assumption on your signature.

You can check with MAShaw, Misha, GT3Tek, or NR Auto to see if they have something for the dual outlets of your C2S. Having said that, I have the Misha GT3 rear bumper with dual exhaust openings for the 997.1 model yr on my C2S. It's FRP, and not polyurethane. Very well made and the fit was perfect w/o modifications. If you're into the 997.2 GT3 rear bumper look, then I would strongly suggest GT3Tek polyurethane one.

Go OEM and have the body shop modify the cover to delete the center exhaust to accept dual. It's really a crapshoot on fitment. There are people selling OEM for competitive prices so why take a chance.

go the oem route call luke at sunset porsche in oregon or call suncoast porsche in florida. then get the center exhaust conversion. see post by kev on this site. he did it. if you cannot find it call mark at eurotech body works in kirkland washington 206 963 4620 and he can get you the conversion for the exhaust.

What about the precision porsche bumper gt3 style. I don't want to reroute exhaust. Rather spend extra dough on skirts and lip
