So I upgraded my PCM on my 09 c2s to a unit with nav. I installed the unit myself. Initially, everything worked perfect. 2 days ago, I activated the XM on the unit. This morning, when I clicked on the nav,, it's said not available. Same with the phone and maps option, and also, the xm option is not available. I didn't originally have nav or xm.

I have searched thoroughly and found some posts that say this just needs to be programmed through the dealer, and some say that it won't work since it didn't come with xm originally. I'm kind of freaking out here. Anyone know the real answer here??? Nothing except the radio is working!

Yes you will likely need a PIWIS to turn on these features.

Yes, I added a Dension iPod kit to my GT3, and had to install the unit then get it activated via a PIWIS.
