any easy way to retrieve?

guys, was taking off a registration sticker on the front windshield (passenger side) and the exacto blade i was using slipped down the a-pillar. any easy way to retrieve? i have noticed a little rattle and its driving me nuts!

Get yourself a telescopic magnet. Under $10 ANYWHERE. Works great for retrieving dropped screws and nuts, too...
