Opinions Needed

I just found a 2009 cab S PDK with 28k on it for sale at a locale mercedes dealer. First would you have a PPI done on the car? The car is pretty loaded and the price is good and most likely negotiable. I am looking at the car fax which show a few repairs and was wondering if this should be something that is of concern.

1) First owner had the car in to have the body electrical system checked at 2 dealers. I assume nothing was wrong as it doesn't show any repairs done. All recommended service performed. The car was traded in after 7 months and 2400 miles.

2) Second owner had it for a little over 2yrs. There seemed to be a problem with the fuel system. The dealer replaced the fuel sending unit and then the fuel tank. Does anyone think this should be a warning for the future for this car? The one thing I didn't see on the report was if the fuel pump was replaced. I know there was a problem with them in 09.

This will be my first Porsche. I plan on keeping it for a long time and driving the hell out of it. Other than these concerns the car is in beautiful shape. The car is cream white with premium brown leather and a coca top plus the rest of the bells and whistles. All help would be appreciated.
