Sorry to post in this section but I got no answer in the feedback section and don t know who to ask... I stopped getting my subscrbed link to my e mails. nothing changed with my email or set up on this site . They still show as subscribed in my subscribed list. No blocks on the e mails. Ideas????

Yes, I do not get any notifications, I believe it all changed when the web site upgrade was done abut 4 weeks ago.

 

I still get my emails, so I dunno.

I've contacted IB about this. This is a website issue and unfortunately I can't help you.

 

Also lost connection with the iphone app and android app since the upgrade... Bob you mind mentioning this as well?

Guys, I am still getting emails from this site but had lost emails from another. So, I checked my universal settings and they had changed.

Go to your CP
Click on the left under Settings and Options on "Edit Options"
Second group from the top called Messaging and Notifications, second option is default thread subscription mode. Is that set to instant email notification?
If not then problem solved.
If yes, well, I tried...

 

Ok, I went to the CP pages and "redid " the settings and saved them . So I will see if that gets me back to getting notifications. I will let you know

Apparently the apps are dead for some reason. IB hasn't posted a solution yet.
